- I am a diversity person with passion not only to bring people together but to leverage for government departments to increase and improve the service delivery in the country. I think one of my distinguishing strength is the diversity of experiences I possess. I have studied Operations Management at the University of Johannesburg and I have more than 4 years of full time work experience at different departments. All these elements have given me a very broad point of view. In addition, I always try to care about those around me regardless of their wealth or social class. I make an effort to show respect and treat all persons with dignity without distinction whatsoever of race, gender, religion, national or any other distinguishing feature. Working at DPSA as a compassionate organization helped me to improve this quality. It is more than three years I am working as organisational design specialist and I have to support and have communication with over 100 National and Provincial Departments
